If you think you can come up with the most extreme place to put an
ILLSTREET sticker, we want to see it. How? Pick a spot that will attract
attention, put your ILLSTREET sticker there, and snap a picture. No
purchase necessary. Read the contest rules and regulations below to find
out how to enter.
1. HOW TO ENTER: The "ILLSTREET" Promotional Sticker Contest begins
on
April 1, 2008 and ends on October 1, 2008. During the contest period,
eligible contestants are invited to submit photos of the creative places
where they have placed their "ILLSTREET" sticker.
To receive your ILLSTREET sticker, send an email to
 with your full name, mailing address, and quantity
of stickers desired. (Each household is allowed to receive 3 stickers
free of cost. After 3, a charge of $.25 per sticker will be requested
before the mailing of your ILLSTREET stickers.
Send all of your contest entries as a .jpg or .gif attachment online to
 . Entry must include your name, contact phone,
mailing address and email address. Stickers will be available while
supplies last. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late,
incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To participate in the Contest, you must be a legal
resident of United States, 18 years of age or older. No purchase
necessary.
3. JUDGING: Photographs will be judged by representatives of the Sponsor
on exposure, originality, creativity and quality. Photoshopped images
are not eligible as contest winners. All decisions of the judges are
final. Odds of winning are based on number of entries received. Winners
will be selected on October 1, 2008 and be notified through email. The
winning picture will also be posted on the home page of
http://www.carbonfiberhoods.net.
4. PRIZES: The Grand Prize winner will receive a FREE ViS RACING OEM CARBON FIBER HOOD for their vehicle. (Up to $600 in value) All federal, state and
local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.
Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted. Winners will be notified by
email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5)
business days, that individual may be disqualified and an alternate
winner will be selected among all of the remaining eligible entries.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: ILSTREET is not responsible for any legal
penalties received by anyone participating in the "ILLSTREET"
Promotional Sticker Contest. ILLSTREET does not promote or suggest
illegal activity of any kind or degradation of public places or
property. By participating in this Contest, participants agree (a) to be
bound by these Official Rules; and (b) that the decisions of ILLSTREET
and the judges are final on all matters relating to this Contest.
Winners grant to ILLSTREET, subsidiaries, affiliates and those acting
pursuant to its authority, the right to print, publish, broadcast and
use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including
but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the
winner's name, address (city & state), portrait, picture, voice,
likeness and biographical information for advertising and promotional
purposes without additional consideration, unless prohibited by law. By
accepting the prize offered, winners agree to release and hold harmless
ILLSTREET, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and
promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees,
representatives and agents from any and all actions and/or liabilities
for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death
or disability, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or
indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, prize
related activity, or participation in this sweepstakes. Sponsor is not
responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the
offering or the announcement of any prizes or in the administration of
the Contest. ILLSTREET reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal
value.
6. CHOICE OF LAW. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state
of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law doctrine. By
entering the sweepstakes, all participants agree to be subject to
jurisdiction in the Federal and State courts of South Carolina and agree
that all disputes relating in any way to this sweepstakes must be
resolved in the Federal and State courts of South Carolina.
7. RIGHTS TO USE PHOTOGRAPHY. Winners' photos, along with their first
name, last name initial, city and state of residence will be posted on
http://www.carbonfiberhoods.net and http://www.illstreet.net. By
submitting a photo, the contestant irrevocably assigns to ILLSTREET all
right, title and interest in the photo (including, without limitation,
the copyright or other intellectual property interest) in any and all
media, whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, anywhere
in the world, with the right to make any and all uses thereof,
including, without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade.
Photographs will not be returned to the contestant. Photographs may be
sold, distributed, used, exhibited, donated, auctioned, and/or displayed
by the Sponsor (including, but not limited to, reproduction, use and
display on the Website), and will be disposed of at the discretion of
the Sponsor upon completion of the Contest, all without compensation to
the contestant.
